Compensation: Base Salary: 40,00 LKR – 60,00 LKR per month (Depending on Experience) 💰
Commission-Based Bonuses: 0 – 200,00 LKR per month (Based on Performance) 💼

Responsibilities:
- Dive into market research, identify new opportunities.
- Make 40+ cold calls daily to convert potential clients.
- Create compelling pitches, arrange partner meetings.
- Negotiate effectively, onboard top-quality merchants.
- Close deals swiftly and successfully, surpass targets.
- Support partners in platform usage, maintain vendor records.
- Collaborate with teams for strategic implementations.
Requirements:
- Proven sales expertise, adept at closing big deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 🗣 🌟
- Experience in hospitality/service industry is a plus. ⚔️
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a bonus. 🎓
