Job Description
We are a recruitment company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, currently seeking an Executive Supplier Relations Officer for a reputed company in Sri Lanka. The responsibilities include frequent monitoring of dairy farms, attracting farmers for milk supply, farmer development programs, and overseeing milk chilling center operations.
Requirements:
- Frequent monitoring of dairy farms for raw milk quality improvement.
- Engaging farmers for milk supply.
- Farmer development program implementation.
- Overseeing milk chilling center operations.
- Maintaining milk chilling center quality.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture.
- 1-2 years of experience in agriculture farming and development required.
- Knowledge in dairy farming, agriculture, raw milk quality, and more.
- Skills in leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and more.
- Bike license and ownership preferred.
