A leading travel agency is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive (Incentive Travel) to join their talented team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage incentive travel programs tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Research and recommend destinations, venues, and activities aligning with program goals.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, transportation, dining, and activities logistics.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
- Build strong relationships with airlines, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve outstanding results.
- Gather feedback to improve services continuously.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of the travel and airline industry.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in visa handling will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in the Amadeus reservation system.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
