Job Description
The Job Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for selling bancassurance products at partnered bank branches on a full-time basis.
Responsibility
- Acquiring new clients while identifying needs and offering solutions
- Provide additional benefits to protect client’s health
- Policy Retention (Maintain persistency)
- Build relationships with branch staff to generate quality leads
- Periodically refresh product knowledge
- Ensure constant business conversion monthly
- Generate leads independently
- Convert customer leads provided by branch staff and IRO
The candidate should possess:
- A go-getter with a can-do attitude
- Excellent command in English and Sinhala, ability in Tamil is advantageous
- A higher diploma or equivalent qualification is a plus
- 4-5 years of sales experience required
