Job Description

Role Description:

  • Lead the Compliance function ensuring adherence to regulations and standards
  • Develop and maintain compliance systems and procedures
  • Draft policies, guidelines, and report deficiencies
  • Recommend changes for compliance issues
  • Advise on threat mitigation and implement control measures
  • Monitor actions to mitigate risks and report progress
  • Coordinate with regulators and audit functions

Qualifications:

  • Associate Member of CA Sri Lanka/ACCA/CIMA
  • Minimum 3 years’ compliance experience
  • Strong project management and communication skills
