Job Description

Role Description:
- Lead the Compliance function ensuring adherence to regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain compliance systems and procedures
- Draft policies, guidelines, and report deficiencies
- Recommend changes for compliance issues
- Advise on threat mitigation and implement control measures
- Monitor actions to mitigate risks and report progress
- Coordinate with regulators and audit functions
Qualifications:
- Associate Member of CA Sri Lanka/ACCA/CIMA
- Minimum 3 years’ compliance experience
- Strong project management and communication skills
