Job Description
For nearly 6 decades, Mercantile Investments and Finance PLC has been a key player in Sri Lanka’s financial services sector. They are currently seeking a Deputy Manager to oversee deposit operations at their Head Office.
Responsibilities include ensuring smooth front/back-office operations, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, adherence to regulatory requirements, staff mentoring, and problem-solving.
Requirements: minimum 3 years of banking experience, professional qualification in Accountancy/Banking/Management, strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.
