Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct studies of existing business processes and map current workflows.
- Document processes using BPMN, SIPOC Diagrams, Swim Lane diagrams, and flowcharts.
- Identify manual workflows suitable for automation and integrate into computer applications.
- Gather detailed business requirements for process improvements.
- Create comprehensive documentation of business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automated solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations.
- Offer training and support on new automated processes to team members.
Expected Profile:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in BPMN, SIPOC Diagrams, and flowchart tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and familiarity with automation tools.
