Capsaicinaz LM Foundation is a trilingual platform based in Colombo that aims to deliver First Aid, Advocacy, and various projects in collaboration with different organizations. We provide online webinars and physical projects while also engaging in research, fundraising, and innovative projects. Our team consists of professionals offering consultations and services in the fields of law and medicine, with a focus on medico-legal sectors.
Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role as a Psychology Intern at Capsaicinaz LM Foundation. As a Psychology Intern, you will be involved in conducting psychological testing, providing mental health support, and assisting with educational initiatives. This role requires both in-person work at our Colombo office and the flexibility to work remotely.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of psychology principles and theories
- Experience in conducting psychological testing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of mental health concepts and practices
- Experience or knowledge in the field of education
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in research related to psychology or mental health is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is preferred
