Job Description

Location – Avissawella EPZ

Manufacturing Industry

Job Duties:

  • Act as the main point of contact for HR enquiries
  • Manage recruitment process and onboarding
  • Conduct probationary evaluations
  • Maintain HR systems and personnel records
  • Coordinate employee training and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with HR standards
  • Lead negotiations with Executive level employees
  • Provide accurate HR Analytics
  • Manage employee exit procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Business Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Effective communication and resilience
  • Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Process-driven mindset
