Job Description

Manufacturing Industry
Job Duties:
- Act as the main point of contact for HR enquiries
- Manage recruitment process and onboarding
- Conduct probationary evaluations
- Maintain HR systems and personnel records
- Coordinate employee training and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with HR standards
- Lead negotiations with Executive level employees
- Provide accurate HR Analytics
- Manage employee exit procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Business Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Effective communication and resilience
- Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
