Job Description
Stockpile is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Client Coordinator in our team.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls & messages.
- Follow up on existing customers.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Maintain call records.
- Generate monthly sales reports.
- Update daily call statistics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer call handling experience.
- Proficiency in basic Tamil & English, fluent in Sinhala.
- Basic written English communication skills.
- Computer proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
- Ability to learn internal customer management software.
- Experience in construction sector preferred.
- Must commute daily to the Rajagiriya office.
