Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth studies of existing business processes and document workflows.
- Utilize BPMN, SIPOC Diagrams, and flowcharts to analyze processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and integration into computer applications.
- Gather detailed business requirements and create comprehensive process documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated solutions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations for efficiency.
- Offer training and support on new automated processes to team members and stakeholders.
Expected Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in BPMN, SIPOC Diagrams, and flowcharting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Attention to detail and familiarity with process mapping and automation tools.
