Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Coordinate with contractors / suppliers and company management to finalize the refurbishment of new Branches.
- Ensure proper maintenance of generators, safes, A/C machines, fire extinguishers, etc.
- Order and distribute stationery and supplies.
- Plan and execute security protocols for personnel and property safety.
- Track and report security incidents.
- Manage mailroom activities.
- Ensure lease renewals and cost-effective negotiations.
- Ensure accurate tagging of new assets.
- Verify supplier invoices accurately.
- Develop new policies and procedures for administration improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma or higher in Facility Management / Procurement.
- Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar organization.
- Experience in office construction/ refurbishment.
- Ability to travel to branch locations.
