We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth in assigned regions, focusing on chemical and consumable products. If you have a knack for identifying and selling prospects, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and sell to prospects to achieve sales targets.
• Customer Relationships: Maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Strategic Planning: Prepare field sales plans based on product and market strategies.
• Market Adaptation: Address changes in technology, product lifecycles, and customer needs.
• Sales Techniques: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to the top 20 customers nationwide.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, Microbiology, or Applied Science with Molecular Biology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a scientific laboratory.
• Minimum of 01 year in Sales/Marketing.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
• Positive attitude, hardworking, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent team player with innovative thinking.
• Valid riding and driving license required.
