Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain documentation such as Goods Received Notes, Goods Issued Notes, and more.
- Ensure accurate stock balance at all times.
- Generate inventory reports using systems like Taurus.
- Liaise with the Accounts Department and prepare inventory-related reports.
- Ensure no discrepancies between system and physical stock balance.
- Prepare and deliver requisitions on time.
- Conduct scheduled physical inventories.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in the hotel industry.
- Knowledge of inventory control in Hotel and F&B Operations.
- Experience with inventory management systems like Taurus.
- Proficiency in English.
