SUMMARY

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at RIGSERV. In this role, you will drive new sales of ERP solutions by building strong relationships with clients and demonstrating the benefits of our offerings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source new sales opportunities through cold calling and e-mails.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Create trusted customer relationships focused on solving pain points.
  • Maintain accurate data in the CRM system and prepare commercial documents.
  • Identify key players, generate interest, and expand prospects database.
  • Schedule meetings and seek new business opportunities proactively.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a tech company.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Resilient, driven, and eager to overperform.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good executive presence and credibility.
