Role Description
This full-time on-site role is for a Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition at Nextgen Human Capital Solutions in Nugegoda. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, collaborating with hiring managers, and overseeing employer branding initiatives.
Experience and Qualifications
- 5+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or HRM qualification
