Job Description
Plan, develop, and manage the Islamic Banking unit to achieve sound profitability by meeting product sales targets and delivering quality service for customer satisfaction.
Retain and expand the existing customer base to enhance profitability.
Ensure effective management and compliance with bank procedures and regulations, including operational and credit manuals, and pass audits successfully.
Monitor customer transactions and ensure timely recoveries of payments.
Establish a strong internal control environment that is regularly reviewed and reinforced.
Provide leadership to the team, coach and develop branch staff, and motivate them for optimal performance.
