Job Description
One of our clients in the Investment Banking & Finance Sector is seeking a Branch – In Charge / Manager / Assistant Manager for Financial Institutions.
Location: Matara/ Anuradhapura/ Kalutara/ Ratnapura/ Gampaha
Requirement:
- Minimum 6-12 years’ experience in Branch Management in Commercial Banking or investment banking functions, with at least 3 years as a Branch In charge, AM, or Manager.
- Proven track record in achieving branch targets and team leadership.
- Ability to build networks, standardize branches, and possess a professional qualification in Marketing or related field.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala/Tamil required.
- Willing to relocate to specified locations.
- Seeking a candidate with strong sales and marketing skills.
