Job Description
Responsibility/Deliverables
- Maintain proper standards in channel visibility, both in dealer channels and retail outlets.
- Optimize visual merchandisers effectively to enhance product visibility in the dealer channel.
- Propose and execute activations and outdoor visibility initiatives.
- Optimize the marketing budget allocated to below-the-line (BTL) activities, activations, and channel visibility initiatives.
- Provide timely updates on budgets and branding initiatives in channels.
- Collaborate with sales teams and brand custodians to execute channel branding and retail restructuring initiatives.
- Develop creative recommendations to improve dealer branding, including POSMs, signage, and hoardings.
- Lead branding improvements and renovations in retail and dealer channels.
- Maintain accurate records of branding and merchandising materials provided to channels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in a related field, demonstrating proficiency in maintaining channel visibility standards, optimizing visual merchandisers, and executing activations.
- Strong budget management skills, with a track record of effectively allocating budgets for BTL activities and channel visibility initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach to monitoring stock levels and tracking dealer branding initiatives.
- Proficient in providing comprehensive reports to management on the status of branding initiatives and budget spending.
