Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducting bookkeeping activities to maintain accurate financial records.
• Processing payroll efficiently and accurately.
• Verifying financial statements and making necessary corrections.
• Presenting financial reports to management.
• Developing budgets to support decision-making.
• Performing financial analysis to identify trends.
• Reconciling bank and balance sheet accounts regularly.
• Contributing to the development of accounting systems.
• Providing accounting services to various departments.
• Supervising small teams and managing multiple clients.

Requirements:

• ACCA (UK) / ACA (UK) fully qualified.
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
• UK accounting experience with year-end finalization experience.
• CFA Level 1 qualification preferable.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, IRIS, and TaxCalc.
• Ability to produce FRs105 and FRS102 accounts.
• Experience in team supervision and management.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
• Willingness to work on UK shift.
