Job Description
Responsibilities
- Designing and analyzing reports for management and business unit heads.
- Researching and analyzing actionable data for proactive business decisions.
- Conducting continuous portfolio analysis.
- Predicting customer behavior based on Card spend patterns.
- Providing data-driven analysis for business process improvements.
- Assisting the Unit Head in preparing annual segment budgets and forecasting.
Qualifications
- The candidate should have 2 years of experience in banking/financial services industry handling MIS or similar functions.
- Should possess a degree or relevant professional qualification.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Advance Excel, PowerPoint, and Access to build various kinds of reporting.
- Hands-on experience in Tableau & Power BI would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under stress, manage time, and deliver on deadlines.
- High level of written and oral communication skills.
- Should have good interpersonal skills and be team-oriented.
