BakeShop, formerly known as Mihiri Bake Mart, is a renowned bakery in Colombo offering a wide range of delicious baked goods, cakes, and desserts. Established in 1983, BakeShop has 13 branches across Colombo, delivering high-quality baked delights with authentic Sri Lankan taste.
Role Description:
This full-time on-site role involves managing marketing campaigns, digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, web content, and web analytics for BakeShop.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee marketing strategies for retail stores, web, and social media.
- Execute social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencers, organize photo-shoots, and manage delivery apps presence.
- Coordinate branding efforts, product packaging design, and new product launches.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing or social media.
- Graphic design software familiarity.
- Content creation experience is advantageous.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Proactive, result-driven, and able to work under pressure.
