Job Description
Advice Lab is a rapidly growing Australian-owned back-office solutions provider for the financial planning industry in Australia & New Zealand, fueled by teamwork and efficient delivery.
We are looking for an experienced Executive – Financial Operations to join our dynamic team.
Role:
You will oversee financial operations for the Sri Lanka entity, reporting to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling invoicing, reconciliations, and client follow-ups
- Managing budgeting and reimbursement planning
- Conducting bank reconciliations and preparing company payments
- Monitoring cashflow and financial forecasts
- Preparing financial reports and statements
- Managing tax affairs and audits
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of finance operational experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and Xero System
- ICASL/CIMA/ACCA and/or CFA qualification
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to excel in a startup environment
