Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure CDM, CRM, POS, CCTV, and computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Assist customers via phone or onsite visits to set up systems or resolve issues related to computer hardware.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems efficiently.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware or software defects promptly.
- Support the roll-out of new applications and adhere to agreed time limits for call-outs response.
- Ensure completion of assigned tasks before leaving customer site; refer unresolved issues to another technical support officer if necessary.
- Fulfill any other official assignments entrusted by Management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in installing and configuring CDM, CRM, POS, CCTV, and computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for system and network issues.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware or software defects.
- Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Flexibility to respond to call-outs within agreed time limits.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Any relevant certifications or qualifications would be advantageous.
