Job Description
Position: Learning & Development Specialist
Company: Leading Food & Beverages Manufacturing company
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs focusing on technical skills, soft skills, and leadership development.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Design engaging and effective training materials and curriculum.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Learning & Development.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Specialist or similar role
- Expertise in designing and delivering training programs on technical skills, soft skills, and leadership development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Sinhala and English.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred.
