Job Description
The Air Freight Pricing Coordinator’s role involves supporting the Americas and Europe commercial team in pricing and sales initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating with stations and overseas partners for pricing, managing pricing for sales opportunities, and supporting EFL’s global offices/partners on import/export pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate rates with internal offices and third parties/agents
- Collect rates from origin offices and airlines
- Complete pricing initiatives for cost optimization
- Create and update pricing matrices for accounts
- Analyze customer targets and negotiate pricing proposals
- Submit rates in pricing portals
- Match EFL air freight services to customer needs
- Identify opportunities for customer growth
Position Requirements
- Preferably in business, economics, or logistics
- Air freight forwarding experience, pricing background
- Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
