Job Description
Responsibilities/Deliverables:
- Participate in the recruitment and retention process for competent and talented personnel.
- Identify training and development needs in collaboration with department heads and ensure their fulfillment.
- Assist HOD in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and provide accurate and timely support for finalizing worker-level payroll and statutory payments.
- Assist HOD in cultivating a high-performance work culture through employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- A degree or professional qualification in Human Resources.
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
