Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Manager at Lyceum International Schools located in Nugegoda. The Manager will oversee and implement training and development programs, manage the learning management system, design instructional materials, and facilitate leadership development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in training and development, instructional design, and leadership development
- Knowledge of learning management systems and training methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to assess training needs and develop effective learning solutions
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Educational sector experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
