Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Compliance Consultant to join our dynamic health practice and BPO team, providing invaluable backend administrative support. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Possess a commercial mindset, demonstrating the ability to seamlessly integrate into our fast-paced environment and effectively manage relationships across all levels of the business.
• Collaborate with the Policy and Compliance team on various projects, including those related to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
• In-depth knowledge of Australian laws preferred.
• Handle international calls originating from Australia.
• Preferred background in Law or a related field.
• Effectively manage incoming phone inquiries, directing calls to the appropriate individuals.
• Engage with individuals with disabilities in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate a self-starting attitude.
• Strong team ethic with meticulous attention to detail.
• Possess a friendly and approachable personality.
• Available to work from 4 am to 2 pm approximately (Monday to Friday) and 4 am to 8 am approximately on Saturdays (SL time).
• Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop are required.

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay: 25k to 40k (with potential increments within the first 3 months based on performance).
