Role Description:
- Set up machines accurately for machining operations.
- Operate CNC machines using G & M code programming.
- Improve processes for productivity and quality.
- Troubleshoot CNC machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Produce machined parts per job specifications.
- Complete documentation promptly and accurately.
- Maintain machines for optimal performance.
- Ensure a safe working environment following protocols.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in CNC Machining.
- NVQ Level 4 apprentice training.
- Skilled in CNC Lathe operations preferred.
- Proficient in English with good math understanding.
- CAD/CAM skills are a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and adaptability to challenges.
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
