Primary job role
The role involves participating in day-to-day Infor M3/CloudSuite ERP support and implementation activities for Non-Finance and Finance modules.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Manage ERP projects, collaborate with customers, provide support, and test integration requirements.
Technical Knowledge
- Basic understanding of ERP modules, databases, scripting, and SQL.
- ERP implementation or support experience is advantageous.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or Finance.
Behavioral competencies
- Team player, analytical, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
