Job Title: TV Marketing Coordinator

About the Role:

As a TV Marketing Coordinator at Hiru TV, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Marketing & Sales teams. Your main responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive sales proposals, generating detailed sales and other essential reports, and ensuring seamless coordination with the Director Marketing & various departments to drive our marketing initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Marketing & Sales Staff: Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
• Prepare Sales Proposals: Develop compelling and accurate sales proposals that effectively showcase our advertising opportunities and value propositions to potential clients.
• Prepare Sales & Other Reports: Create detailed and insightful sales reports, as well as other necessary documentation, to support data-driven decision-making.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure that marketing campaigns are executed efficiently and meet the company’s objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to prepare reports, presentations, and other documents critical to the marketing and sales processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
