Role:
You will be responsible to design, orchestrate, and improve customer experiences while aligning business operations with a customer-centric approach.

- Aligning Customer and Employee Experiences

Qualifications :
- Degree or Equivalent professional qualification
- 6 years or more managerial experience and in a similar capacity
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead teams and convince stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
