Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary in Colombo. Responsibilities include clerical tasks, communication, company secretarial work, executive administrative assistance, and customer service.
Job Duties
- Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support.
- Manage appointments, travel arrangements, phone calls, emails, and reminders.
- Receive and route incoming emails/memos.
- Schedule meetings and maintain filing systems for documents.
- Assist in monitoring tender documents, invoicing, and agreements.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
Requirements
- Minimum Four years’ experience as a Secretary.
- Fluency in Sinhala & English required, Tamil is a plus.
- Good IT skills & competency in MS Office package required.
- Willingness to work long hours and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizing and communication skills.
