Qualifications
- Proven experience in student counseling or similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and ability to build rapport with students
- Knowledge of counseling techniques and theories
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to collaborate with students, faculty, and staff
- Proficiency in computer skills and counseling software/tools
