Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics operations and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and commercial roles within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
