Job Description
What you will do
- Manage and execute social media strategies across major platforms including Meta Platforms, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Implement paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive engagement and conversions.
- Plan and schedule content in English and Sinhala, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand objectives.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative content ideas and campaigns.
What you should know
- Proficient in English and Sinhala, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of digital communication strategy planning.
- Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
