Role:
The IT Technician at Zuse Technologies will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for Apple devices and software within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support for Apple products.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Apple devices.
- Perform routine maintenance on Apple devices.
- Manage device enrolment, configuration, and deployment.
Qualifications:
- Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) or equivalent.
- Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Apple devices.
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Adaptability to new technologies and industry trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
