Role Description
This full-time on-site role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing plantation activities, ensuring compliance, and maintaining documentation. Work locations include Nuwara Eliya, Matale, Deniyaya, Rakwana, and more.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of tea, rubber, cinnamon, and agriculture practices
- Fluency in English and IT literacy
- Degree in Plantation Management
- Ability to speak Tamil is a plus
