Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage product development, roadmaps, and campaigns for new and existing product portfolios.
- Increase and monetize the mCash B2B and B2C market segment.
- Enhance KYC processes and manage user guides, reports, and marketing content.
- Improve transaction reporting, conduct trainings for processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate suspicious transaction reporting and optimize system usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management/CIM/SLIM Qualification.
- 1-2 years experience in business development, fintech, or product/category management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, business analytics, compliance, and audit experience.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala in written and verbal communication.
