Job Description
ICT Distribution, based in Sydney, Australia, is seeking a skilled RMA Technician to strengthen distribution networks in the APAC region. This role involves processing, verifying, and testing incoming RMAs from customers, as well as maintaining tools and equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Expertise in electronics and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support and root cause analysis for test-related issues.
- Maintain RMA records and detailed reports.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance work efficiency.
- Adhere to work instructions and repair processes.
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Minimum electronics certification from a technical school.
- NVQ level 3, 4 required.
- Experience in low current systems.
- 2-4 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry.
