Jobenvoy.com is seeking a skilled Operations Manager – (QA) for a prominent Travel and Tourism Company. This position is based in Katunayake.
Responsibilities:
- Identify quality gaps in fleet operations and customer experience.
- Develop policies and procedures to enhance quality standards.
- Implement strategies for overall quality enhancement.
- Monitor performance and provide reports on quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments for seamless quality integration.

Qualifications:
