Objective
To proactively support the Facilities Management Team in day-to-day management of financial operations and administrative services in our client’s corporate office facilities.
Responsibilities
– Receive, process, and monitor invoice payments
– Liaise with vendors for invoice submissions
– Generate financial summaries for reports
– Manage the filing system and contracts administration
Required Qualifications & Experience
– Diploma in Finance or Business Administration
– Prior experience in finance and administration
Required Skills
– Proficiency in Excel and financial software
– Detail-oriented with a passion for quality
– Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Key Result Areas
– Timely processing and payment of invoices
– Attend to ad-hoc PO requests and provide support
