Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Coordinator at Try Nova Tours located in Colombo. The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with travel coordination, travel arrangements, customer service, communication, and travel management.
Responsibilities:
– Design customized travel itineraries tailored to clients’ preferences and budget.
– Coordinate all aspects of tour logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and activities.
– Liaise with local vendors, hotels, and tour operators to ensure seamless execution of tours.
– Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
– Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and regulations to offer informed recommendations.
– Assist in marketing efforts and contribute to the growth of Try Nova Tours’ client base.
Qualifications:
– Travel Coordination and Travel Arrangements skills
– Customer Service and Communication skills
– Travel Management skills
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
– Knowledge of popular travel destinations, attractions, and accommodations
– Proficiency in relevant travel software and platforms
– Proven experience as a Tour Executive or similar role in the travel industry
– Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or relevant field preferred.
