Job Description
Location – Katunayake
Job Duties:
- Supports human resources department by screening, testing, and interviewing applicants.
- Prepares payroll by calculating pay and maintaining records.
- Provides orientation for new employees by sharing information packets and company policies.
- Maintains employee records by tracking various details.
- Administers employee benefit programs.
- Schedules meetings for various departments.
- Completes tasks to support department and organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Professional Qualification in HR
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with 1 year in manufacturing
- Strong External Communication Skills
- Computer Literacy
