Position Overview: As a frontline ambassador, you will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, and build lasting relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
- Assisting with billing inquiries, pricing questions, and account adjustments.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and fostering customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of UK-centric customer service experience.
- Fluency in English and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work UK shift hours.
