Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in coordinating and managing project activities.
• Help in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
• Handle monthly client billing and payment of external service providers, under supervision.
• Play project coordinator role to small local projects under the supervision of a senior Project Manager.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on project progress.
• Provide support to the PMO in executing and monitoring project management processes.
• Provide support to the Sales department with generating marketing emails and presentations.
• Assist in organizing project meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Actively participate in training sessions to develop project management skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ months experience in IT Project Management related position.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
