Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Innovation Analyst at IQ Global. The Innovation Analyst will design and execute human-centric solutions and services across industries and disciplines. They will work with a team of multidisciplinary thinkers to conceptualize and create innovative solutions.

Assess the feasibility, viability, and potential impact of new ideas through market research, user research, and risk assessment. The analyst would support innovation projects from concept development through to implementation, coordinating activities, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong design thinking and innovation skills
• 1 – 3 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in human-centric design processes and methods
• Experience in designing and delivering innovative solutions for businesses and organizations
• Expertise in prototyping, conducting user research, and testing
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Innovation, International Business, or any other related disciplines.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and strategically.
