Role Description
This full-time on-site role involves managing day-to-day tasks related to sea import and export operations. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing orders and shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in shipping/Air freight/Logistics
- Experience in Import/Export documentation
- Fluency in English
- Good computer skills
- Ability to take initiatives and responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all sea and air freight clearance shipments
- Monitoring DO and MDO issues
- Coordinate shipping documents and quotations
- Generate sea import DSR report daily
