Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Quantity take off from construction drawings based on actual onsite change in quantity as per site conditions.
- Preparation of estimates and Interim payment applications.
- Preparation of Tender documents -Front end documents, BOQs.
- Sourcing, calling and evaluation of suppliers and sub contractors.
- Awarding suppliers and sub contractors according to the company’s standard.
- Coordinate with the site construction team and Engineering department to finalize and certify the actual physical work done at site to facilitate sub contractor payments.
- Control and manage project budget, wastage and productivity.
- Provide cash flow projection and maintain budgetary control on site progress.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Quantity survey with min 5 years of working experience in quantity surveying and bid/estimation process both in Civil and Mechanical construction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- AutoCAD trade certificate is an advantage.
- Process planning, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
